Art and Christmas. :)

Happy holidays, everyone - and if you're not celebrating anything right now, have a wonderful time, either way! :D I've been celebrating Christmas with my parents in a nice, relaxed atmosphere - no Christmas tree, just a few twigs of evergreen and a nice family dinner. We had goulash, which is a bit of a Christmas tradition in my family. (I know in many countries Chrismas dinner is on the 25th, but in Germany it's the 24th.) It was nice! :)

Also, now I can show the Secret Santa painting I had been working on. It's for Merodi and it shows one of her OCs.



It's again watercolor in rather thick layers, with some sprinkles using the old bristle-paintbrush-and-thumb technique, LOL - and I had a lot of fun making this. (And I'm glad to say she actually likes the picture. I'm currently busy packaging the original so I can safely mail it to her.)
